Contractor email and SMS marketing, built by your agent.
Home-service businesses win on follow-up: answering the lead first, chasing the estimate, asking for the review and bringing customers back each season. Sequence runs that follow-up by email and text, and your AI agent sets it up from a sentence.
Text every new website lead that we'll call within the hour, follow up unsold estimates for two weeks, and ask for a review three days after each job.
What your agent does
- Step 1
connect_integration
Reads your field-service data
ServiceTitan or Pipedrive connect read-only. Other tools send leads through Zapier or a webhook.
- Step 2
create_sequence
One sequence per follow-up
Lead response, estimate follow-up and review requests each start on their own event.
- Step 3
add_step
Texts and emails with the right waits
Texts go to opted-in customers between 8 AM and 9 PM local time; email steps continue for everyone.
- Step 4
create_weather_watch
Weather when it matters
For trades that sell on weather, a National Weather Service alert can start a sequence for customers in the area.
- Step 5
get_sequence_stats
Shows what works
Opens, clicks, replies and bounces per step, for any date range.
The same job, without a builder.
Builder-style marketing tools make you assemble every piece by hand. With Sequence, your agent does the assembly from one sentence, and you review the result.
In a builder, you
- Export customers from your field-service software to a spreadsheet
- Design each email in a drag-and-drop editor
- Run a separate texting tool and keep both lists in sync
- Rebuild lead, estimate and review follow-ups in a workflow canvas
- Check each tool by hand to see who still needs a follow-up
With Sequence, you
Type one sentence. Your agent makes 5 calls:
- connect_integration
- create_sequence
- add_step
- create_weather_watch
- get_sequence_stats
Where contractor leads come from
Sequence takes leads and jobs from the tools you already use. Each one arrives as a contact and an event, and your agent decides which sequence that event starts.
- Website forms
- One script tag or a Google Tag Manager tag captures lead forms that have an email input.
- Call tracking and ad forms
- CallRail, Facebook Lead Ads and others send leads through Zapier.
- ServiceTitan
- Leads, estimates, jobs, appointments and membership status.
- Pipedrive
- Leads, deals, stage changes and activities.
Follow-ups by trade
Every trade runs the same three basics: answer new leads fast, follow up unsold estimates, and ask for reviews. Each trade page covers the follow-ups that are specific to it.
- HVAC
- Maintenance-plan tune-ups, replacement estimates, heat and freeze alerts.
- Roofing
- Long estimate cycles, storm response, review and referral asks.
- Plumbing
- After-emergency follow-up, repair estimates, freeze warnings.
- Pest control
- Service-plan reminders, seasonal pushes, renewals and win-backs.
Questions
Do I need ServiceTitan or Pipedrive?
No. Website forms, Zapier and webhooks work with any tool. ServiceTitan and Pipedrive add job and deal events without exports.
Can I text customers?
Yes, in the US, after a one-time business registration that needs your EIN. Texts go only to customers who opted in.
Will it message all my old customers when I connect?
No. Connecting does not message anyone. ServiceTitan announces only leads, jobs and appointments created after you turn events on; Pipedrive sends an event when a deal or activity changes. Seasonal messages to past customers are broadcasts you choose to send.
Can an agency run this for several contractors?
Yes. Each contractor is a brand with its own domain, number and contacts, all reachable with one key.
